• X account identifiers returned by the X API for authorized accounts.
• OAuth credentials, access tokens, and related authentication data needed to perform requested actions.
• Content metadata such as post text, scheduling state, publish status, and operational identifiers.
• Technical logs such as timestamps, request identifiers, API responses, and error details.

3. Purposes

• To publish and manage creator-approved posts for the Canvas & Glass brand account.
• To confirm post status, troubleshoot failures, and maintain secure account access.
• To support platform compliance, security monitoring, and lawful record keeping.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers and infrastructure processors necessary to operate the service, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5. Retention

• OAuth and access credentials are retained only while account access remains active and operationally necessary.
• Operational logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and audit purposes for a limited period.
• Publishing records may be retained to confirm delivery and maintain service history.

6. User Rights

Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Access can also be revoked through platform settings where supported.
